Turned Around

This is a little something in keeping with the season. The challenge was to write a story with only dialogue. The rest you have to fill in on your own.

First Date

This story is loosely (very loosely) based on a true story.  It was written as a gift to a friend who requested a fluff piece with a little romance.

Offerings

When I was about eight years old my favorite book was Black Beauty*. I reread it for the first time in twenty years last week. This week it had a part in inspiring a short story.

*No humans were harmed in the making of this story.

The Old Coke Machine

I'm starting this post off with a funny vending machine picture (the 24/6 label kills me) because the story is a bit sad.

It's a classic time loop tale. A doctor trapped in the same year over and over. What will she try to change to get out? What will she be helpless to repeat?
